STANDARD FEES

OUR SERVICE FEE

  • If your requested items total less than 50 000 KRW, the service fee will be $4.90 USD.

  • If your requested items total more than 50,000 KRW, the service fee will be 9% of the total amount.

STORAGE FEE

  • We offer the first 30 days of storage completely FREE, regardless of how many packages you have.

  • After 30 days, if you choose to continue storing your items in our warehouse, a fee of $1 per package per day will apply.

REPACKING FEE

  • We will repack your item(s) to ensure they are secure for international shipping, using a new consolidated box and wrapping them in bubble wrap for added protection.

  • 1$ per 1KG

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

EXTRA BUBBLE WRAP

  • If you want to add extra security to your items, you can include this.

    Price: $2.9 per package

INCLUSIONS ONLY

  • For K-pop albums and merchandise, the packaging is often large and heavy, which can increase shipping costs.

    If you only want the inclusions (e.g., photocards, stickers, and other items inside the album) without the outer packaging or photobook, we offer this as a service!

  • Regular album: 1$ per album
    Complex albums or packages that are not regular albums (e.g. Season Greetings) : $2 per album

HANDLE WITH CARE LABEL

  • If you would like to further protect your items, we can attach 4 x Fragile Labels on each side of the box to ensure it is handled with care during shipment.

    Price: $1.9 per package

PHOTO REQUEST

  • We offer photo requests of your packages for FREE $0 per package.

AIR REMOVAL SEALED BAG

  • If you add this, especially for dolls and clothes, your package can become much smaller, reducing your shipping fees.
